Hi! I'm Cori!
I live with my partner Austin, our chihuahua mix Brutus, and our two cats Mittens and Gilly (with a hard G)
I have been an avid book reader since high school. I love cozy mysteries, Stephen King, Sci-Fi, dystopian, apocalyptic, and fantasy, etcetera, etcetera!
Beyond books, I am a huge animal lover. I worked briefly as a vet tech before realizing that I preferred the lighter side of the animal-care world: pet sitting! I've been pet-sitting since 2018, dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, birds, exotics, you name it! It's very fulfilling!
Another love of mine is Volleyball! I have been playing on indoor and sand leagues 3x/week for many years now. Kylie and I met and connected through volleyball, and now here we are!

I live with my husband and our very energetic 3 year old, Emery. We have 3 dogs(I know, I'm insane lol). Their names are Finn, Lola, and Kermit!
Before we started our podcast, I was not a huge reader. I mostly watched movies or tv shows, which started to become boring and repetitive for me in the last few years. Which is why I turned to books. There is such a huge variety, it never goes stale.
I am a stay at home momma. I absolutely adore getting to spend time with my little one while she still thinks I’m the coolest person alive. I also am able to do some dog walking on the side, working under my co-host Cori!
It seems working together on not only Cori’s business but also our podcast wasn't enough because we also have the privilege of getting to play volleyball together a couple times a week! Volleyball is a huge passion of mine. I have played for practically my entire life and I try to play as often as I can during the week.
I am beyond grateful to the volleyball community that we are in because it was what initially brought Cori and I together. Thus our podcast was born!
